WHEREAS, Town is the fee simple owner of that certain real property consisting of approximately1.632 acres and shown on that certain subdivision plat recorded in Book , Page in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and as further described on Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit C, both of which are attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein (the “Town Property”); and
