THIS AGREEMENT, effective as of October 1, 2018, is made and entered into by and between the City of Orlando, Florida, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “CITY” or “the CITY”) and the Community Redevelopment Agency for the City of Orlando, a body politic and corporate of the State of Florida and a community redevelopment agency created pursuant to Chapter 163, Part III, Florida Statutes, (hereinafter referred to as “CRA”).
