This Extension to First Amendment to Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (“Extension”) is entered into and effective this day of October, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and among PARK CITY FIRE SERVICE DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of Utah, (hereinafter referred to as the “District”), and SUMMIT COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Utah (hereinafter referred to as the “County”). The County and District are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
