This Affiliate Program Operating Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between ZALORA South East Asia Pte. Ltd. on behalf of its Group companies namely; Jade E-Services Singapore Pte. Ltd., Jade Eservices Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., ZALORA (Thailand) Ltd., PT. Fashion Eservices Indonesia, BF Jade E-Services Philippines Inc and Recess Logistics and Retail Co., Ltd. (excluding Internet Services Australia 1 Pty Limited.) ("ZALORA” or "we"), and you, ("you" or "Affiliate") the party submitting an application to become a ZALORA affiliate. The terms and conditions contained in this Agreement apply to your participation with ZALORA Affiliate Program. By submitting an application, you expressly consent to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
