This Agreement is made by and between the Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Marine Fisheries (“DEQ or DMF”), an agency of the State of North Carolina located at 217 West Jones Street, Raleigh, NC 27603and Pegasystems Inc. (“Pega or Pegasystems”) One Rogers Street, Cambridge MA 02142; (hereinafter referred to as the Parties collectively, “Licensee” or “DEQ”). This Agreement is made pursuant to RFP 16-006095 issued 18 December 2014.
