THIS AGREEMENT, effective as of the date specified below (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by CONTEC AMERICAS INC., a Delaware Corporation, having its principal place of business at 3991 Sarno Road, Melbourne, Florida 32934 (the "Company"), and the counterparty specified below. The Company and Counterparty may also be referred to hereinafter individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
