WHEREAS, MTA and CITY desire to enter into an agreement, whereby the PARTIES hereto mutually desire to clarify the division of maintenance and their respective responsibilities as to the improvements lying within the limits of the Westwood Transit Plaza as described in Exhibit A – Westwood Transit Plaza Legal Description (Exhibit A) and Exhibit B – Westwood Transit Plaza Parcel Plat (Exhibit B).
