This Agreement between the City of Willoughby Hills, a municipal corporation with its offices at 35405 Chardon Road, Willoughby Hills, Ohio 44094 (the “Municipality”); the Board of Education of the Willoughby-Eastlake City School District (the “Board of Education”), a public school district with its principal offices at 35353 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake, OH 44095 and Bishop Queen, LLC, a Limited Liability Company with its principal offices at 28301 Chardon Rd., Willoughby Hills, Ohio 44094 (“Bishop Queen”), specifies the manner and procedure to be used pursuant Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Section 5709.82 authorizing general compensation and income tax revenue sharing on new municipal income tax revenues relating to Bishop Queen's Community Reinvestment Area project.
