We are looking for the following qualities and characteristics in individuals interested in becoming a member of the Indiana University East Dance Team. We want a team of versatile entertainers with a professional dance style and crowd pleasing abilities. You must be able to learn both basic and complex dance movements and combine them into a routine with a certain style, grace, and flexibility. You must posses strong show qualities, with the smile and eye contact to reach many fans. You must be a bright, outgoing, pleasant, enthusiastic and well-rounded individual. You must be able to be a part of a disciplined unit that projects positive support toward one another, toward the coach, towards the Indiana University East Dance Team, Indiana University East and the community. You must be a full time Indiana University East student, meeting all minimum GPA requirements. As a member of the team you must be physically fit and well groomed.
