This Dark Fiber Customer Schedule (“Customer Schedule”) is subject to, and made a part of, that Master Customer Agreement or Master Services Agreement (herein referred to as the “Master Customer Agreement” or “MCA”) entered into between the undersigned Parties. Awarded Bidder owns and operates fiber networks and other related telecommunications facilities and is in the business of leasing dark optical fiber strands (“Dark Fiber”) within the Awarded Bidder network (“Dark Fiber Offerings” or "Offerings"). Capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meaning ascribed to them in the MCA.
