The service contractor shall provide maintenance, testing and inspection services as required by Federal, State and Local regulations to determine the reliability and readiness of the sprinkler and standpipe systems and fire alarm panel smoke detectors at all facilities. Written reports of test results and calibrations must be submitted to the HACC within fourteen (14) days of each inspection certifying readiness status and listing any deficient areas for corrections.
