THIS FISCAL AGENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of June 1, 2019, is by and between the SAN JOAQUIN AREA FLOOD CONTROL AGENCY, a joint powers agency organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (the “Agency”), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, as fiscal agent (the “Fiscal Agent”).
