THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2019 by and among FLORIDA INLAND NAVIGATION DISTRICT, an independent special taxing district of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1314 Marcinski Road, Jupiter, FL 33477-9427 (“District’), NORTHERN BLESSINGS LLC, a Florida limited liability company, whose mailing address is 1407 SW 8th Street, Pompano Beach, FL 33069 (“Northern”), and MARTIN BUSINESS PARK R. E., LLC, a Florida limited liability company, whose mailing address is 1407 SW 8th Street, Pompano Beach, FL 33069 (“MBP”) (collectively, Northern and MBC shall be referred to as “Adjacent Owners”).
