These Standard Contract Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) constitute a legally binding contract between Givens Packing & Crating, L.C. d/b/a American Packing and Crating (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) which has issued a quotation and the “Customer”. In the event the Company renders services and issues a document containing terms and conditions to govern such services, the terms and conditions set forth in such other document(s) shall govern the Company’s services, to the extent they are inconsistent with these Standard Contract Terms and Conditions. By tendering Goods, products or items to the Company, the Customer expressly agrees that the following Terms and Conditions shall apply to all sales of Goods and services (collectively, “Services”) by the Company to Customer.
