(“Parent”), which will be renamed “Momentus Inc.” following the Closing of the Transactions (as those terms are defined in the Merger Agreement, and such date of the Closing, the “Closing Date”)), and shall be effective immediately (the “Effective Date”). As used herein, the term “Company” will be interpreted to include Parent or any successor thereto, if appropriate.
