In order to benefit both California State University, Chico (CSU, Chico) and Santa Monica College (SMC), in the recruitment and retention of international students in their educational planning and the completion of a bachelor’s degree, CSU, Chico and SMC commit to maintain and enhance relations between our institutions with regard to facilitating a smooth transition and guaranteed admission into a non-impacted major for all qualified* SMC international students.
