This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiff Iliana Lizbeth Barajas Maya (“Plaintiff”) and defendant United Facilities Group, Inc. (“UFG”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and UFG collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
