Bryan, Ohio 43506 warrants to you, the original purchaser, that your Bard product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions from the installation date through the time periods outlined in the “Duration of Warranty” section (see reverse side). This Warranty applies only to products installed in the United States and Canada.
