This Agreement is made and entered by and between Fort Bend County, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, acting by and through its Commissioners Court, (“County”) and Eternal Gandhi Museum Houston, Inc. (“Non Profit”). The Non Profit and the County may be referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
