This Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) is entered into by and between the Larimer County Board of County Commissioners (Larimer County), the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (Northern Water), and the Northern Integrated Supply Project Water Activity Enterprise, a government-owned business within the meaning of Article X, § 20(2)(d) of the Colorado Constitution, organized pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 37-45.1-101 et seq., and owned by Northern Water (NISP Enterprise), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
