The City of Pasadena’s Hybrid Work Policy establishes a Hybrid Work Program. A hybrid work schedule includes both in-office work days and telework days that are performed at a pre-designated remote work location. Participation in a Hybrid Work arrangement is voluntary. This Hybrid Work Program Agreement serves to define the telework portion of a hybrid work arrangement and establish mutual understanding between the employee and manager to help ensure success.
