This FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL LOAN AGREEMENT, dated as of October 1, 2022 (the “First Supplemental Loan Agreement”), is entered into by ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY, a public body, corporate and politic, organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (together with its successors and assigns, the “Issuer”), and LA PALMA HOUSING PARTNERS, LP, a limited partnership duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the “Borrower”), and supplements the Loan Agreement, dated as of April 1, 2020 (the “Original Loan Agreement” and as supplemented by this First Supplemental Loan Agreement, the “Loan Agreement”) by and between the Issuer and the Borrower.
