DESCRIPTION.Contract for Upgrading PLC System • January 20th, 2006
Under this item, the Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials, including software and hardware to upgrade the existing Allen-Bradley PLC-5 system at West Street Underpass, Battery Park Underpass, Park Avenue Tunnel (PAT) and First Avenue Tunnel (FAT). Establishment of a Supervisory Monitoring Center and Remote Monitoring Centers are required as part of this contract.
