This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, Texas (“County”), a political subdivision of the state of Texas, and Team Plus Build, LLC d/b/a F S Group Architects (“Architect”), a Texas limited liability company. County and Architect may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
