These terms for delivery of services shall apply and will be considered a part of any “Customer Order Form” for all Services delivered by CyrusOne. These terms including any attachments, schedules, supplements, agendas or exhibits incorporated herein and are applicable to sales of Services located in, originating or terminating in the United States. All Services ordered hereunder are subject to credit approval and availability.
