This Agreement is made as of January 1, 2013, between Toronto Star Newspapers Limited, hereinafter known as the Employer, and CEP Local 87-M, Southern Ontario Newsmedia Guild, hereinafter known as the Union, for itself and on behalf of all employees and employees of Torstar.com a division of Toronto Star Newspapers Limited, with the exception of those excluded in Article 1, in the Finance and Administration Department, in the City and Country Daily and Weekly Circulation Departments, the Advertising Department in Metropolitan Toronto, the Editorial Department connected with the production or operation of the Toronto Daily Star, the Toronto Star Syndicate, Wire Photo Service and Star Library, in the Creative Communications Department, in the Public Relations and Promotion Department, in the Newspaper Layout Department and in the Audiotex Department.
