In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Ames Research Center, located at Moffett Field, CA 94035 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA ARC") and California Polytechnic State University, located at One Grand Avenue, San Luis Obispo, CA 93407 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner," "Cal Poly San Luis Obispo," or "Cal Poly"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
