This Service Subscription Agreement (this “SSA”) combined with the Customer Order and any documents referenced in the Customer Order, represent the complete agreement (the “Agreement”) between CrowdSense and Customer pursuant to which Customer will be permitted to order and use certain of CrowdSense’s web-based and professional services. The Customer Order sets out the specific details of one or more Services to be provided by CrowdSense to Customer, such as fees and services description.
