These terms and conditions are incorporated into the Water Returns Service Partner Agreement (Agreement) dated January 29, 2014 (for reference purposes only). By completing the Agreement, the individual identified therein agrees on behalf of its organization (Partner) to the terms and conditions shown below. Subsequently, upon Water Returns’ delivery of Notice of Partnership to the Partner, the Agreement will become fully in force for both the Partner and Water Returns (jointly Parties; individually Party).
