Clip GmbH, Wassergasse 10, 2544 Leobersdorf, Austria (hereinafter referred to as “Artist”). The name of Purchaser to which this agreement applies is on the last page of this agreement in the same area as that where the Purchaser signs. That description of the face copy attached shall coincide with the stated date.
