COVENANTS (the “Regulatory Agreement”) is made and entered into as of , 2019, by and between the CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO, a municipal corporation and chartered city and county, duly organized and validly existing under its City Charter and the Constitution and laws of the State of California (together with any successor to its rights, duties and obligations, the “City”), and 1990 FOLSOM HOUSING ASSOCIATES, L.P., a California limited partnership (the “Owner”), owner of the land described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
