The parties recognize this method of performance evaluation, referred to as the Professional Growth Plan model (PGP model), as an alternative model to the one prescribed in the Teachers’ Collective Agreement in Article E.19. The Pro-Growth model can be used concurrently with the traditional model of evaluation.
