Virtua and Participant may at times hereinafter be referred to individually, each as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.” For purposes of this Agreement, whenever Virtua is referred to herein, it shall be read to mean “Virtua on behalf of the Virtua HIE,” unless specifically stated otherwise.
