In making this application, the applicant(s) agree(s) to abide by rules and regulations made from time to time by the Owner/Manager to regulate golf course play, clubhouse operation, dress code and conduct, including rules and regulations concerning the termination or suspension of the playing privileges for non-payment of fees or breach of other rules. The applicant(s) acknowledge(s) that this membership application, if accepted, only entitles the applicant(s) to use the facilities of the Fort Langley Golf Course in accordance with the applicable restrictions and does not entitle the applicant(s) to any interest in land or profits. This membership is not transferable. The Owner/Manager may from time to time in its discretion interrupt playing privileges for special events or maintenance, repair, renovation or reconstruction of the golf course or other facilities.
