The 4-H Youth Development Program (4-H YDP) has a history of strong volunteer service. Volunteers have helped coordinate the 4-H enrollment process for many years. The State 4-H Office realizes that counties may need to rely on adult volunteers to co-administer the 4-H Online Enrollment System. Set below are guidelines that should be read and agreed to by volunteers who have been authorized to co-administer enrollment.
