This document (hereinafter: GTC) contains the rights and obligations of the parties, the contractual partner (hereinafter: Partner) of Fitter Global Limited Liability Company (tax number: 28986155-2-43, address: 1118 Budapest, Rétköz u. 5.) (hereinafter: Service Provider) and the User (hereinafter: Customer, Consumer, User) using the electronic commerce services provided by the Service Provider on www.Sportin.Live (hereinafter: Website). With the electronic purchase / subscription submitted by the User through the website, a contractual relationship is established between the User and the Partner (streamer) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.
