and “your” mean the accountholder(s) and anyone who has authority to utilize the account(s). “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the financial institution that holds your account(s). To the extent that any of the following terms are void or unenforceable under applicable law, this agreement shall be treated as if such a term did not exist and all of the other terms shall continue in full force and effect.
