This Agreement For Local Interconnection (“Agreement”) made this 1st day of July, 2014, is by and between Commonwealth Telephone Company, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, having its principal place of business at 3 High Ridge Park, Stamford, CT 06905 (“Frontier”) and Centurylink Communications, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, having its principal place of business at 1801 California Street, Denver, CO 80202 (“CLC”). Frontier and CLC may also be referred to herein singularly as a “Party” or collectively as “the Parties”.
