Contract Type FiledAugust 31st, 2021The “Agreement” between you (“Supplier”) and the ordering Unilever group company (“Buyer”) (collectively “parties”) comprises: these terms (“Terms”) or Unilever PurchasingAgreement or other Unilever contract; any and all relevant purchase ordersrequesting or specifying a supply ofservices or products (“PO”); and supporting terms such as Commercial Terms Contracts (“CTC”). CTCs may include: central CTCs agreed between a Unilever group company (“UGC”) and aSupplier group company each acting as asupply chain hub; local CTCs agreed between a Buyer and a Supplier; andUnilever Purchasing Contracts (“UPC”). Itis agreed by the parties that any terms and conditions other than the Agreement which attempt to add to or vary theAgreement have no force or effect unlessexpressly agreed by both parties. If there is conflict between parts of theAgreement, the terms in any central CTCwill take precedence, followed by any other CTC, these Terms and finally any PO.
