the Town of Longmeadow, Massachusetts (hereinafter referred to as the “Town” or “Longmeadow,” also referred to as the "Issuing Authority" in the cable licenses with Comcast of Massachusetts II, Inc.) and the Public Access Cable Television of Longmeadow, Inc. a Massachusetts not-for-profit, tax exempt corporation with a principal place of business at 95 Grassy Gutter Dr., Longmeadow, MA 01106(hereinafter alternately referred to as “Longmeadow Community TV” or as “LCTV”).
