As used herein, the "Seller" is the company, among Kolberg-Pioneer, Inc. ("KPI"), Johnson Crushers International, Inc. ("JCI"), or Astec Mobile Screens, Inc. ("AMS"),who furnishes the Order Acknowledgment for this sale. The "Buyer" is the entity identified in the "Sold To" line in the Order Acknowledgement. "PRODUCTS" are machinery and/or parts identified in the written description attached to the Order Acknowledgement.
