This Early Access Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Okta, Inc. (“Okta”), a Delaware corporation with its offices at 100 First Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, and your organization (“Customer”), as of the Effective Date (as defined below). The individual accepting this Agreement on behalf of Customer represents that they have the authority to bind Customer to this Agreement. If the individual does not have such authority, or if the individual does not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, such individual must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Service. Customer and Okta hereby agree as follows:
