Pursuant to Section 15.3 of the Woodland Park Zoo Operations and Management Agreement, dated December 17, 2001, approved by Ordinance 120697 and executed on March 1, 2002, by and between the CITY OF SEATTLE, a Washington first class city (the "City"), acting through its DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION (the "Parks Department"), and the WOODLAND PARK ZOOLOGICAL SOCIETY, a Washington non-profit corporation ("WPZS"), the following Acquisition and Disposition Policy is hereby adopted by the City of Seattle.
