AUTOLIV GLOBAL INDIRECT PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GOODS THE PARTIES The Buyer shall be an AUTOLIV entity, its Affiliates or its group companies that issues a Purchase Order (as defined below) to the Seller (“Buyer”) AND The Seller is a party which agrees and fulfils to the Buyer's Purchase Order.
