In furtherance of their mutual interest in the field of research and education, ROYAL HOLLOWAY AND BEDFORD NEW COLLEGE having its registered address at Founder’s Building, Royal Holloway University of London, Egham, Surrey TW20 0EX (“RHUL”) and the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, having its registered address at 9 Institutskiy per., Dolgoprudny, Moscow Region, 141700, Russian Federation (“MIPT”) hereby adopt the following Memorandum of Understanding (the “Memorandum”).
