This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”), is entered into by and between the United States of America (“United States”), acting though the USDA Forest Service, Alaska Region (“Forest Service”) and the State of Alaska (“State”), acting through the Departments of Natural Resources (“DNR”) and Transportation and Public Facilities (“DOT&PF”) (collectively, the "parties").
