This Annex shall be for the purpose of performing Tie Rod Flow tests, analyses, and reviews of high temperature components developed by the Partner in high-fidelity environments at NASA MSFC. The Nuclear Thermal Reactor Element Environmental Simulator (NTREES) facility in building 4205 will provide the environments needed to assess the suitability of propulsion components for aerospace applications. These activities are authorized under a development program funded by the Defense Research and Development Agency (DARPA), and executed by the Partner, General Atomics.
