entered into and effective as of this 22nd day of January, 2024 (“Effective Date”), by and between Trinity Health - Michigan, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, d/b/a Trinity Health Livingston Hospital (“Facility”) and Livingston County, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the State of Michigan, on behalf of Livingston County Emergency Medical Services (“Livingston EMS”). Facility and Livingston EMS may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “party” or collectively as the “parties.”
