This Memorandum of Understanding for Shared Stewardship is hereby made and entered into by and between the State of Florida, working through the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Florida Forest Service and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Southern Region; National Forests in Florida; the Natural Resource Conservation Service – Florida; and the Farm Service Agency – Florida, hereinafter referred to as “the parties.”
