This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of November 5, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Addus HealthCare, Inc., an Illinois corporation (the “Company”), and Laurie Manning, an individual domiciled in the State of Texas (the “Executive”).
